Returns Policy
01 // 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via our contact page or email within this 14-day window.
02 // RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of installation or use (especially for automotive accessories) will not be eligible for a refund.
03 // RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you must contact us first. Please note that returns must be sent to our designated UK inspection address and not to the manufacturer address found on the shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
04 // RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
05 // FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the item is faulty, vastly delayed, or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
06 // EXEMPTIONS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
07 // REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
